Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Albasir Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality services. However, the following policy applies:

1. Project Cancellation

• Clients may request cancellation before the project begins.
• Once work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Partial refunds may be considered depending on the amount of work completed.
• No refunds will be issued after project completion or delivery.

3. Service-Based Work

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once resources and time have been allocated.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases where the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances from our end.
